This a case of simple cold blooded murder of a pre-mediated variety he was told by the dispatcher under no circumstances are you to pursue this individual but he did anyway at his own peril.If this were a real fair case it would be tried by a grand jury but unfortunately according to news reports it will not.

You do realize no cases are tried in a grand jury in the State of Florida or did your media forget to tell you that?

You also do realize that to get a conviction on second degree murder that the persecu- errrrrrrrr- prosecution has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that there is probable cause, the killing was done with malice and forethought, and that the Florida "stand your ground" law does not apply in this case. The prosecution is going to have a VERY hard time proving all that.

Believe what you want, what your media tells you, or what your race baiters feed you, but what I typed above is the law in the state of Florida and that is ALL that matters.

And that doesn't even include the numerous calls to police for everything from...black males who were walking around his apartment complex, he made the Black Male calls constantly. Zimmerman has also made numerous phone calls reporting children playing in his neighborhood, and about "suspicious" vehicles driving slowly through his neighborhood. Many of his calls had to do with minute offenses such as: a male driving with no headlights; a yellow speedbike popping wheelies on I-4; an aggressive white-and-brown pitbull; an Orange County municipal pickup cutting people off on the road; and loud parties. And the list goes on.
To put it simply, this guy was an ass just waiting for excuse to play cop. But don't let any of the facts get in your way old man...

Manson wasn't denied parole he skipped his parole hearing saw this on the internet.He knows he will be denied.
