I don't know yet what history will say about Obama's presidency, but Clinton's is already mostly in the books, and you just hit on a hard truth here.

Want to know where all those security contractors and civilian logistics and support contracts in Iraq and Afghanistan came from? (Talking about Halliburton and Blackwater here, for the slow folks)....

They came from Kosovo.

We cannot fight a modern war without them, and they ahd their genesis in the Balkans, where we wanted to fight a war but found that we had gutted our military to the point that it was not possible without contractor support.

I didn't read the whole thread but saw this morning that the Syrian government is now putting detained civilians on its tanks as human shields.

Nothing like putting your human rights violations right out there for all the world to see on live television. :thumb:
