What are you talking about? Is that why in the past 2 years SC REPUBLICANS have been chipping at way at Marijuana laws, conducting research and now has a bill that when the next General Session begins, has a strong chance of passing? NC/SC are Red States for sure, but they are charting a path towards decriminalization/legalizing. It began with industrial hemp, then medical marijuana. NC is about to decriminalize it. The same fight is going on in Tennessee.

And it's the Republicans that are fighting for it.

"Fight till their dying days?" That's obviously false since it's happening. It's slow..but it's making it's way. A poll released last week shows 80% of South Carolinians are in favor. Republicans are doing the right thing and are getting ahead of it -finally!

Holier than thou, much? I would guess that the amount of "burnt out potheads" pales in comparison to those that smoke responsibly and only do so to relax, have a bit of a boost, calm the stomach, etc...

In fact, of all the pot heads I know, none of them are the typical stoner you're thinking of. They have families, successful careers, businesses and you wouldn't know they smoke weed by looking at them.


I'd rather have a relaxed stoner than an angry drunk in my family/office/restaurant, etc....

Why not make the same claim if the President refuses to read any letters you send to the White House via USPS???
