About two more weeks and she'll be OFFICIALLY off the hook although she's effectively there already. It's embarrassing that people voting left don't ask themselves some simple questions about this whole situation:

* How convenient is it that Bill knew Lynch happened to be on the tarmac at exactly the same time as him, he could deplane, board hers, and have a conversation about "grandchildren" for a half hour or so?
* How convenient is it that Bill also initially appointed her to US attorney, then she gets the AG nod as all the Hillary crap is hitting the spinning device? Is Lynch too stupid to recognize it might be viewed as a conflict of interest?
* Why is it that if the FBI had reason to believe that any of us had committed anything remotely reeking of treasonous acts they'd kick our door in and confiscate our equipment, yet here we sit nearly two years away from the Clinton revelation and they still haven't released everything?
* Does everyone get the opportunity to scrub evidence and release it in due time to the FBI?
* Why is it that Comey laid out exactly the wrongdoing by Hillary step by step, then suddenly came up short when his next sentence should have been "based on these facts, we recommend to indict"? :ohno:

We need to take a look at the educational system and reinforce critical thinking skills. :coffee:

That pretty much sums it up.

I would add only that now that we know that the White House knew, and we know the President lied, it makes it adds an extra layer of incentive for the Administration to stymie any attempt to indict.

The other thing I would add is that way too many people took Comey's suggestion that intent is an element of the Federal statute. It is not.

The Donks should be running the last 5 seconds of that clip in every ad.
He was asked if he supports her and he didn't say yes.

Funny, the Republicans should be running Hallary's rants about Obama not being qualified...and they should tell the truth about the Birther movement being started by some Hialllry supporters (and he wishy washy comment about whether he is a citizen). But, the Liberal media won't cover it...just like they didn't cover her wanting to drone Assange.
These signatures have a 500 character limit?

What if I have more personalities than that?

Not that it is going to matter....

FBI to conduct new investigation of emails from Clinton’s private server

The FBI will investigate whether additional classified material is contained in emails sent using Hillary Clinton’s private email server while she was secretary of state, FBI director James Comey informed congressional leaders Friday.

The announcement appears to restart the FBI’s probe of Clinton’s server, less than two weeks before the presidential election, an explosive development that could shape the campaign’s final days.

In a letter to congressional leaders, Comey said that the FBI had, in connection with an “unrelated case,” recently “learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the Clinton investigation.”

Comey indicated that he had been briefed on the new material yesterday. “I agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation,” he wrote.

The FBI had previously closed its investigation in July with no charges, though Comey had concluded there had been classified content exchanged on the server and that Clinton had been “extremely careless.”

A Clinton campaign spokesman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

It won't help Clinton politically because the public perception will be that something really big happened, but the truth is that legally this isn't that big a deal at this point. I think the article at https://www.lawfareblog.com/memo-press- ... oesnt-mean says it well:
The press is full of "breaking news" stories that FBI Director James Comey has "reopened" the Clinton email investigation. It's juicy news less than two weeks before the election. But it's not quite right...

When the FBI wants to say it is reopening an investigation, it knows perfectly well how to say that. In this case, the investigation was actually never actually closed, so it doesn't need to be reopened. The relevance of this letter is likely not that explosive new evidence of Clinton criminality has suddenly emerged.

It is that Comey made a set of representations to Congress that have been complicated by new information, apparently from the Anthony Weiner sexting case. So he's informing Congress of that fact before the election.

Comey represented to Congress that the Clinton email investigation was "complete." But as the letter relates, new emails have now come to the bureau's attention in that appears relevant to this one. (Weiner's estranged wife is one Clinton's top aides.) Comey has okayed a review of that new information to determine whether the emails contain classified material and also whether they are, in fact, relevant. And this fact, renders his prior statement to Congress no longer true.
In other words, at this point Comey hasn't even said that any of the e mails he's talking about are even relevant. He's just saying they're going to check to see if they are.

But it's a gift to the Trump campaign and very damaging to the Clinton campaign, no doubt.
Well, I believe that I must tell the truth
And say things as they really are
But if I told the truth and nothing but the truth
Could I ever be a star?

I would like to see where he said that.

Hilarious watching the different talking heads last night. Fox saying this is a huge deal, msnbc going as far to say that it's almost criminal for the right to be doing this 11 days before the election.
