The town hall meetings tell the real story. Both parties have pissed off bases - Repunklican congresspeople are no-showing their pwn town hall meetings - thats why the leadership of both parties want to keep the focus on the left/right divide: to keep our attention off of the up/down divide.

It won't be harris.

AOChe would appeal to the Donk base and while her progressivism would hurt her in the general election I think she would do better than you expect. She's got 10x the charisma of harris and even though I disagree with much of it her message is stronger.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Donk governors like Shapiro, Bashear, Whitmer, Pritzker, etc. IMO the strongest 2028 candidate likely comes from that pool.

Same goes for Shapiro. The Taliban pro Hamas wing of the donk party isn‘t voting for a Jewish candidate.
