No it wasn’t. A horde of idiots were out in the street impeding traffic- notice how the cop cars almost had to come to a stop. The pepper? spray was effective at clearing the idiots off the street, at no harm- its just an irritant.

Other vehicles had no issue. This cop is just being a turd.

If so, then wow.

At the point that the man was handcuffed and wasn’t resisting, force is no longer required. When the man is begging for air and no care is given, you can make the case for malice and intent to do harm. And when you stay on the man 2.5minutes after he’s non responsive, you have zero justification for your actions.

FNC showing a bunch of cars burning in Minneapolis at this one lot. 1/2 hr + into a curfew an a bunch of thugs running around. Local Fox reporter onsite said they've also heard gunfire, and haven't seen any police in 2 hours. Nice leadership there. The inmates are running the asylum.

The ME said Floyd didnt die from asphyxiation. Don't know if that will be relevant legally, but it's hard to come up with a good reason for the cop to have his knee on the guy's throat when he's cuffed.
