How much hope can there be for a conk that doesn't know that jobs are created by customers and not by corporations...? :ohno:
  Without research and development workers, marketing workers, real estate or IT workers, finance workers, manufacturing workers, etc., there is nothing for a customer to buy, and therefore, the customer does not exist.
And without money in the hands of consumers there are no customers so those jobs go away.

No demand no job. Customers create jobs.:coffee:

No you are wrong. Demand itself doesn't create jobs. That is an oversimplification of the process. The market place, willing buyers and sellers and the resources required to buy and or sell, create jobs. There are times when brand new products (happening all the time in tech these days) create demand where it didn't exist. So jobs are created on the hope that their is demand for the product. More stable product lines work just the opposite. To simply say demand creates jobs or business create jobs over simplifies the process.

But that is ok, we are good at that in politics these days.
Sure you can hire people on spec trying to create demand, but if you fail to attract customers, no job. :coffee:
You matter. Unless you multiply yourself by c squared. Then you energy.

You missed the entire point. The point is that you need both a willing buyer and a willing supplier. The interaction between the two creates jobs. So yes no customer, no job. And If the supplier can't make money, no supplier, no job.

Main point is I give up. Just don't have the patience :(

The best you can do in this argument is get us to agree to a "chicken and egg" situation. But it isn't. It's more like a "snowball effect". The business is the snowball. The additional snow that the rolling snowball accumulates is both the demand and the jobs. But there are a lot of people involved in creation of that snowball.

Which is why the economy is my number one political issue, and should be everyone's number one as well.

And it's government's responsibility to provide money to the consumer.

And government acquires the money it gives away by taxing businesses and their employees' earnings...

Wait. Thinking I better stop before Densedawg's head implodes.

You're forgetting, Elizabeth Warren and her kind believe that all money originates with the government, taxes, or the lack of taxes, are just government's way to tell us how much of their money we get to keep.
