JSO is of the opinion that the legislative branch should decide the constitutionality of laws. The branch that makes the laws decides if their laws violate the Constitution. And, whenever the legislature flips parties... all previous constitutionality rulings go out the window and will be reversed.

Talk about a clusterfuck. But, that is what JSO would prefer to the Supreme Court ruling on constitutional issues.
