This topic is on the front page of washingtonpost.com & newyorktimes.com. I saw this on the news this morning as well as last night. How does that equate to 'Media Largely Ignore'?

Weird.. do you think the American people care more about the Libyan (invaded), Syrian (invaded) and Egyptians (Puppet Government set up)? That was on the nightly news every day during the build up to sending tax-payer funded "support" to get rid of those governments?

The media wouldn't shut up about those countries and how "unhappy the people were with their government" before we sent in troops to install our puppet governments in Libya and Egypt, and now pushing for deposing Assad in Syria.

This Ukraine thing is similar to Iceland- where the bankers and politicians got physically pulled out of their plush offices and houses, beat up pretty good and arrested and imprisoned- media didn't talk about that much either. The elite don't like the little people getting any ideas.. But they do like people to support their overthrow of leaders and "regimes" they don't like. Libya, Syria, being examples. The people in those countries weren't rioting against their police forces.

Not so much as a peep on the nightly news about this and it's practically an all out civil war. Just interesting.

Internet news and the NBC Nightly News reach completely different audiences.

People who surf the internet see stories TV viewers do not- the TV news wouldn't shut up about Libya and now Syria, but doesn't show the images of these people fighting back in the Ukraine nearly as often, or the overthrow of the bankers in Iceland, that's all I'm saying.

During the "build up" to sending material support to Syria, it was the lead story on the NBC Nightly news and FOX news almost every single night.

expandos: How come, when REAL revolutions happen you go out of your way to find videos that "debunk" the revolutions and purport to show that they're "staged", but because THIS revolution is being "largely ignored" by the media it's a REAL revolution and the conspiracy is in the ignoring?

What it must be like to go through life with the thoughts that go through your sad, strange little brain....
