It's common sense and Comp.Sci 101. Building a website is easy, even a complicated one. The problems lie in the demands that the government made and the changing requirements. Couple that and they didn't start building it until Spring 2013, and you have a recipe for disaster. If you've ever worked with our government, you would understand. Obama should have pushed the launch date back.

I've tried to write federal grant requests. It's the most fucked thing in the world.

I agree with you that it can be better and blame for this incompetence lies with the conks, who for 40 years now have vilified government and intentionally gutted funding that could make things work much better. Their cynical plan is simply to intentionally wreck it to prove it doesn't work - no different than you buying a Ford Truck then filling the gas tank with jizz and blowing the engine then claiming Fords suck.

Conks only want three things out of government:

1. Kill other people to protect their global businesses, which right now is primarily focused on raping and pillaging the natural wealth and cheap labor of the vulnerable third world. Any time you hear the term "Emerging Markets" that's the above. If you invest in these funds, you are a criminal.



2. Kill the American Working Poor and Mentally Ill. To protect themselves from the exploited, ever-growing and rapidly disgruntled poor in America. Working class revolution IS gonna happen and conks will need protection. Whether they get it is up to debate. Karl Marx predicted this 150 years ago and measly handouts, Ipods and cell phones will only keep them at bay for so long.



3. Tax and exploit the working poor to the fullest and funnel these tax dollars into Wall Street who then use em to exploit the world's poor. Ultimately conks want feudalism.
