6 million Jews died at the hands of the NAZI government of Germany because the government in power directly and aggressively attacked them. What I'm talking about is the freedom of each individual to associate with or not associate with whoever he or she wants to associate with or not associate with. That includes engaging in commerce with whoever one wants to or not engaging in commerce with whoever one wants to.Its been tried, and 6 million jews died doing this. I have to respect you in the Public/Government setting but I cant. disrecpect in a privae setting
People talk about imposing morality. There is no greater imposition of morality than making a law saying that someone cannot discriminate on the basis of race. The Civil Rights Act was well intentioned. But it is in many respects a very aggregious attack upon Liberty. It's not at all what this country should be about. This country should nto be about "Daddy" government forcing us to accept each other.
