Maryland and the Death Penalty

I'd be ok with eliminating the death penalty if in its place......

Forced hard labor. Not TV, no radio, no library's, no internet. No weights. No recreation. No nothing but forced hard labor 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, 8 hrs on Sunday. 80 hrs a week, 52 weeks a year. Make them wish they were dead.
