That is too good to be true (although it is of course). Did you catch the part where they argued that the world is not overpopulated? The crux of their point was that the entire population of the world could live in Texas and each person would have something like 1,000 square ft to themsleves. They completely glossed over how these people would be fed and other such basic human humans needs met.
