I'm just saying that priority-wise, we would be 40 years closer to accomplishing that instead of having it put on the back burner in favor for an ISS program which possibly has maybe 15 years left in its life cycle before it goes the way of Skylab.

My thing is people are focused more about population control as the answer compared to other potential options. The old saying about there's only so many pieces of the pie to go around, rationing seems to be the obvious option...but if you INCREASE the size of the pie...

Dude, you wasted your money on those classes, especially since our own moon is not the largest natural satellite. It isn't even the second or the third largest.

It is the 5th largest, behind Ganymede, Titan, Callisto and Io.


Ganymede is significantly larger than our own moon, and it is also larger than Mercury and Pluto.
