Morrison withdrew the subpoena because he realized he wasn't going to get the information he wanted as the company didn't keep those records and that he had filed an unconstitutional subpoena. Show me where one of Obama's people signed off on it and I'll believe you, until then you are blowing smoke.

Perhaps you should re-read your article:

Check Mate :ugeek:

Using the infamous "unnamed" source inside the AG's office.

Dude, they are in job saving mode. Of course they are going to claim that they aren't responsible, didn't know about this, and are blaming the other guy. Are you kidding me? Are you so naive that I need to explain this to you?

It's also nice to see you ignored part two of my arguement...
If Morrison is indeed "rogue" ( Cleets, the gift that keeps giving). Why does this guy still have a job? Where is the accountability? Where does the buck stop? Are Holder and his minions that incompetent? If Morrison is guilty of not following operational procedure of this magnitude, wouldn't it is grounds for immediate dismissal and I imagine it would meet the threshold for disbarment on grounds of gross misconduct.
Noble effort, baldy, but you're just too old to take the Half-Wit of the Year award from alphalfagriz; he's got it in the bag so you may as well quit trying.

You're like those Japanese soldiers that kept turning up on Pacific islands back in the 80s: loyal to the bitter end, but just too damn dumb to realize you lost forty years ago.

In Delaware, we still have no US Attorney. Waiting for Rip van Leahy to wake up and get the Judiciary Committee's azz in gear. The all-but-canonized expected choice is Charlie Oberly, former state AG and unsuccessful Donk Senate candidate.

And, come to think of it, we've been short one District Judge in Delaware for three years. You would've thought that Joe Biden and the two Dem Senators would've prodded Judiciary to fill it nine months ago, but no... :coffee: :ohno:

And as I've pointed out many times...the Patriot Act should have been one of the first things the Obama administration should have eliminated...but once they understood the power available to them to go after anyone not supporting their agenda, NO ADMINISTRATION would give that up... :coffee:

:thumb: Yep. And I distinctly remember the neo-cons who were hailing the Patriot Act as the greatest document since the Constitution being warned that they might not think it was such great legislation when the opposing party came into power. Right now my biggest disappointments with this admin are: 1) moving too slow on getting away from mid-east oil and 2) failure to repeal the Patriot Act and deport everybody in Congress that voted for it to Zimbabwe.

Jeeze, I was sure Baldy would be rubbing my nose in the "Wrong about firing practices" - he must be "working" like so many Republicans always claim to be doing - in the blanket implication that they are somehow the only ones who do...

Hey, if you guys knew Brother Baldy, you'd wanna hug him. One of the coolest guys on here. A Conk, but cool, nonetheless.

Been to see him at GSU games several times and, try as you might, you can never engage him in political discussions face-to-face. He's too friendly a host to ruin your trip!

He's correct about issues a lot... he helped me change my position a few times on key ideas
He's also adept at changing his argument slightly to be "more correct" while in the middle of debate... this is an extremely effective tool... readjusting position from your original point of departure
He's got a little bit of the D1B (I can't be wrong because I so badly want to be right syndrome)
