Does the article say they aren't? No.

It says the global market has done even better to the point where the US is off to it's worst start in comparison since 1995.

trump doesn't just get to take credit for the good, he's responsible for the bad as well not matter how often he tries to blame everything on biden or others.
Do you remember when clueless Joe Bozo would brag about his pathetic economy? And then in November of 2024 the voters reminded him that he was a natural born liar

Translation - the Joe Biden economy was not very good, but despite that, he touted it every day like it was awesome. He thought Americans were too dumb and would believe him, but on Election Day, the voters reminded Joey he was a lying hack because it’s always about the economy.
Biden is no longer President and if his economy was not very good (I don’t necessarily disagree btw) Trump’s economy should have nowhere to go but up?

Manufacturing jobs are down, general job growth is down, consumer confidence is down, debt is rising, new tariff policy has cost the average household over $1000. How do those voters feel today?

Jobs? I know one that will provide you with healthcare

Debt? Both sides are guilty for that. Americans are spoiled and politicians will enable them so they can keep their lucrative jobs.

New tariffs haven’t cost me $1000, look for deals or just do without, because your spare BR is probably already full of junk…. Stop buying stuff if you don’t need.

When you’re at a restaurant instead of ordering there profit making drinks, just look em in the eye and ask for ice water with some lemon wedges on the side. Tell your kids you’re gonna invest the savings in an S&P 500 index fund. You eat out three or four times a month for 20 years and that chump change compounds nicely over time.

Translation for Klamdummy
You can always look for ways to navigate around stupid politics, I don’t necessarily like Democrats, but I would never blame them for my personal affairs.

Complaining about a record high market with double digit increases with a ‘but Europe‘ is full bore TDS.

Oh I know who HealthRanger is and have actually read the EO. Because you are too lazy to do basic research, the move was to ensure we had enough phosphorus for the military as well. It's why it was an EO invoking the Defense Production Act.

Thank you Madam Press Secretary.

You, growing up in AG country know damn well it’s main application. Perhaps we wouldn’t have a shortage if not as much Round Up was used? That way we’d have more white phosphorous available to injure civilians. Or at least sell it to countries who use it.

This is Making American Healthy Again (MAHA) how?

The Worm Ate My Brain confirms that his gonads and spine are on trump's golden mantel.

Kennedy defends Trump glyphosate order; MAHA erupts as midterms approach
“Just as the large MAHA base begins to consider what to do at midterms, the President issues an EO to expand domestic glyphosate production,” Kelly Ryerson, a prominent MAHA activist known as The Glyphosate Girl, said in a post on X. “The very same carcinogenic pesticide that MAHA cares about most.”

Ken Cook, president of the Environmental Working Group, a watchdog that has pushed back against chemicals in food for years, said in a statement that he “can’t envision a bigger middle finger to every MAHA mom than this.”

“Elevating glyphosate to a national security priority is the exact opposite of what MAHA voters were promised,” Cook said. “If Secretary Kennedy remains at HHS after this, it will be impossible to argue that his past warnings about glyphosate were anything more than campaign rhetoric designed to win trust — and votes.”

Oh I do know it's application and a big reason why I eat fermented foods and a wide variety of herbs, fruits and veggies to keep my microbiome healthy. Do you know why it's considered "inert" for people?

One thing I do know is Joe Biden didn't even know what glyphosate was, but here you are again. Crying about Trump when the idiot you voted for wasn't going to do anything about it.

If you didn't have double standards, you'd have no standards.

The retreat from free trade (with its admitted shortcomings) into the arms of widespread tariffs and protectionism is just sheer idiocy. But, we elect a fair number of idiots into our government so we kinda get what we voted for.

The fact that the Cato Institute is so critical of trump and MAQA policies is a pretty clear indicator that trump and MAQA aren't fiscally conservative and don't give a lick about freedom.

Yea thank goodness clueless JoeBozo Biden is out of the way

Look at your chart and see what direction it goes when Biden took over in 2021

Campaign Promise: In an October 2020 debate, Biden pledged, "no more subsidies for the fossil fuel industry, no more drilling on federal lands, no more drilling, including offshore".
Industry "Transition": He explicitly stated, "I would transition from the oil industry, yes, because the oil industry pollutes significantly".
Actions Taken: Shortly after taking office, his administration paused new oil and gas leases on federal lands and canceled the Keystone XL pipeline.
