Exactly. I love the "but conks won more elections" line. So hammering out a list of accomplishments by the conk lead Congress should be no big deal then...and an established conk would have no problem securing the conk nomination and marching on into the WH in November....whoops. :dunce:

After all, if conks are f'ing it up so much everywhere, then how do you explain the donks failing to get majorities anywhere but the WH? Donks..

Each convention, technically, sets and votes on their own rules. That happens very early in the convention and they haven't even televised that part of the convention in years. Sure that there'll be more coverage of that this time around for both parties.

With the decline of unions, donks shifted their fundraising focus to big business and have ever since struggled with differentiating themselves from conks. It may help when it comes to raising money (although Sanders is dispelling that a bit now), but its more difficult to win elections when you are simply the weaker version of conkism. People tend to vote for strength.

"Cruz Campaign Outmuscles Trump in 34-Delegate Colorado Sweep

Ted Cruz swept the Republican National Convention delegate selection process in Colorado, displaying a strong grassroots organizational effort and greater popularity among the western state’s most committed party activists.
The showing from the junior senator from Texas highlighted Donald Trump’s lack of a robust national political organization, a problem that could doom the Republican front-runner and political novice at the party’s national convention in July.

Delegates backing Cruz won all of the slots for participation at the national convention in Cleveland, with the final 13 being selected at the end of a day-long convention Saturday in Colorado Springs. That gave Cruz 34 delegates in the state.......

....Convention Floor

Instead of holding a statewide primary or caucus like most states, Colorado employs a series of local, congressional-district and statewide gatherings where people compete to be delegates. That months-long process wrapped up on Saturday.

Cruz spoke in Colorado before continuing on to Las Vegas for an appearance before the Republican Jewish Coalition. Neither Trump nor Kasich attended Colorado’s convention. Both sent surrogates to pitch their messages.

Yeah. I think there has been 6 states where the people didn't get to vote. That's that globalism crap which is NOT Trump but the other main candidates.
Bernie wins and is the most popular delegates go to HC. Trump gets the most votes and Cruz gets the delegates. Cruz is another Bush anyway.
Do you think you live in Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea or maybe China. Just last night on that Sunday night news program with the clock they trained your brain with things like China and USA globalism type movies, you probably get a lot of subliminals in those, and transgendered stuff like the Harvard swimmer (FTM).

You have to look at the Drudge report and alex jones channel to get truths. I watched a couple of AJ vids today like this one.

So Trumpies got out-organized and out-hustled, again. BFD. That's what credentials committees are for. The Trumpies believe that state party rules, which are dizzyingly diffreent, don't apply to them. They just think that what's good for "the [Trump] 39%" should be rammed down the throats of the other 61%.

Didn't you even read how the CO process works? Just because there's no voting booth doesn't mean the Republican electorate didn't actively participate in delegate selection in Colorado -- and over a longer period of time. :dunce: I guess you think all states should hold primaries in lockstep fashion, without regard to principles of federalism or local party processes. Some conservative you are. :coffee: We know Trump isn't.

Yes I read how it works, and unlike past, with the changes they recently made for this primary season, it sounds like a crock. You honestly think the avg CO voters had a say in this "election" :dunce:

Former CO GOP Chair: Message We're Sending Is "Your Vote Doesn't Matter And Your Voice Doesn't Count"

The Colorado State Party actually tweeted this moments after announcing that Ted Cruz had swept all 34 delegate slots: "We did it. #NeverTrump."
I mean the entity running this so called election actually admitted to the whole world they were actively working against one of the candidates. That would be like the referees, after a team lost, tweeting "We did it"...

Any dedicated Republican Party partisan would be actively working against Trump because Trump being nominated would be an absolute disaster for the Republican Party. At this point the Party is probably going to lose the general election whether it nominates Trump or not. And Trump is responsible for that.

But for the Party to maintain ANY credibility at all for the future it must try as hard as it can to avoid having Donald Trump as its nominee.

I don't even think he's all that savvy a businessman. I think he's somebody who inherited a lot of money. I have read that he'd have more money now if he'd just invested what he inherited in mutual funds. His own business activity has been a poor investment.

In any case, one of his big deals is supposed to be how he's going to appoint good people and manage. Well, he's doing a crappy job of managing this process. He's getting votes because there are people who are inexplicably mesmerized enough to vote for a reality TV star who makes no sense at all. But his management skills have obviously been abysmal.

Yes, because the business (real) world so accurately follows the Republican Party process of which Cruz (career politician) is clearly more savvy at.

I thought Republicans wanted government to be run like a business?

Well, when you are winning states like Wyoming with 34 total delegates, and none of them are winner take all states, you are not going to make up much ground.

I didn't hear any Sanders supporters complaining on the day of the AZ/ID/UT primaries/caucuses, when Clinton got far more total votes but less delegates.
