I don't think so. The Mountain West temporarily barred Boise from wearing blue jerseys on their turf, but even that went away. Eastern Michigan just installed grey turf and I'm sure it isn't the last we'll see. The colored turf trend really isn't nearly as big of an issue as people make it out to be.

I really enjoy ROOT's broadcasts and am glad to see their Big Sky coverage is being recognized. They do leave some teams out in the cold, but typically that's because they're not in ROOT's broadcasting footprint. It sucks, but it makes sense.

Portland State will also appear on TV two more times when they play Washington State and Oregon State (most likely on the Pac-12 Network).
