I think UR's administration did the right thing by starting off small to avoid a fight with the city. Once the facility is built, it will be a lot easier to expand as needed.Search found 1 match

The place is looking good. I think UR's administration did the right thing by starting off small to avoid a fight with the city. Once the facility is built, it will be a lot easier to expand as needed.
