* Ben Dupree is a solid football player.
* Of the 13,600 in attendance, you'd be comfortable having 13,599 over for dinner. The one 50 yr old in the parking lot after the game chanting "Sun-belt...Sun-belt" put a slight dent in an otherwise good time.
* An ASU offensive line that is busy converting O2 into CO2 instead of blocking doesn't really allow a QB much time in the pocket.
* An 80 yr old Citadel gentleman taking a leak next to me after the game said "you should have exploited our secondary. We're young there and inexperienced." I asked him if he'd mind moving to Boone.
* The Noisy Oyster has surprisingly good seafood.
* The female bartending talent at Market St. Saloon was ridiculous
* A morning walk through St. Philip's cemetery is eerily cool. But the mosquitoes are still biting hard.
* ASU's current motto of "Always Attack" needs to be changed. If you can equate a game plan to politics, I'd say we're so conservative we're the Tea Party.
* Despite painful losses on the WC(b) and the EC(b), being surrounded by good friends and family make it a lot more bearable.
Best of luck to the Cadets from here on out.
