I heard this from white media so I am not sure if it is credible. :?

He spent the last 6 months or so away from his job in Congress, much of it at the Mayo Clinic being treated for bipolarism, depression, etc. Speculation is that he ran for reelection to give himself some leverage to use with federal prosecutors.

It will probably be difficult for MAQA yahoos to overcome the Qult programming but they should give being rational & reasonable a try.
