Never said that either.

I said some people will vote for him because he is black. Note the use of the word 'some'

I also never commented on the skin color of the voter - you read that component into it. Nice job, way to convince people that you aren't a bigot.
:suspicious:
:suspicious: of what? Go back and reread the thread. Have someone read it to you if necessary.

Instead of the :suspicious: emoticon you should use :?

In fact, :? should be your signature.

Minnesota Timberwolves fans may notice something different about their team this year. In a league in which American-born black players made up 75 percent of roster spots in 2011, the Timberwolves will have an opening-day roster comprising just 33 percent black players (five out of 15).

According to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, this year's squad will be the league's whitest since the 1980s Boston Celtics.

Is that a problem?

Some civil rights leaders in Minneapolis think so. Tyrone Terrell, chairman of St. Paul's African American leadership council, told the Star-Tribune that he thinks the unbalanced roster could be seen as a ploy by the ownership to sell the team to a majority-white fan base.

"How did we get a roster that resembles the 1955 Lakers?" Terrell said to the Star-Tribune. "I think everything is a strategy. Nothing happens by happenstance."

Is it possible that Minnesota hired them because they were most qualified and the best available? :ohno:

Also, you can still be a registered democrat, vote democrat and be a racist. None of those things are mutually exclusive.

I wouldn't say that the blacks who vote for Obama are bigots. But that those who are critical of blacks who DON'T vote for Obama are bigots...I get this all the time... :ohno:

Proof that the uninformed vote: voter turnout is always higher compared to midterms. And a majority of people who vote in Presidential elections have no idea when their local elections are, or who is even in them.

It is every citizens duty to exercise their right to vote, regardless if they meet AZ Grizfakers criteria of being informed (voting like him) or not (not voting like him), and any attempts to construct barriers of any kind to restrict voting rights is an obscenity in this country and in this time.

As far as the end result being "an idiot in the White House", we have had arguably the biggest idiot ever to reside there in George W. Bush for eight interminable years. George W. Bush could not hold Obama's skidmore shorts in any kind of intellectual discussion between the two, if that were to ever happen.

And just how "non idiot in the White House" would the McCain/Palin team perform in your estimation? I know you are a really big Sarah Palin fan, just like your fraternal twin Superhornet, but what about crazy McCain these past few years?

It is every citizen's duty to educate themselves to vote. If they don't do part A, then I hope they don't do part B.

As for the rest of your drivel....the position of McCain/Palin basher is already filled by Douche1Bag. Please apply for a different position.

Interesting bronco....I heard a lot of dissatisfaction with the status quo, but really no endorsement for Romney. Kind of the apathy that I think many in the US feel and will likely lead to another 4 yrs.

What about those that fail to take advantage of public education or those that live off the government? Are they being disrespectful? B/c i'm tired of paying for people to live. I have no problem with social programs where if you lose your job, we help you out until you get back on your feet. That, IMO, is the moral thing to do. I do have a problem with those that abuse welfare and live off it b/c they feel entitled.

Klean, reread what Z posted. Are you sure you want everyone to vote? If they're violent and uninformed, you get people like Reagan and Dubya in the White House.

Why stop there? Wnat about all the other money that we give away and waste. LIke the DOD. Look at how much money we waste there. Read what the DOD did about the new and useless digital uniforms all of the services are using. Look at how much money the spent on them and why. Social programs are not the only place the Feds waste money. Look at the Coast Gurad Deep Water project? Waste!!!
