UTA leaving the SLC for the WAC

If the Montanas leave I wonder if the Big Sky would ever consider adding a non fb playing school like UVU and/or CSUB? C.Washington is the only D-II school w/ fb that the Sky would take but they can't afford the move.

horrible decision, terrible add. UTA? the WAC is getting worse every day. poor, poor, san jose state. They should bounce to the Big West, and keep their football team in the WAC until they get better.

With the pending budget cuts, this is probably the likely scenario for SJSU. This move would eliminate any CA presence for the WAC. I’d go one step further and say that if I were the WAC and SJSU did do this, I’d let them know ahead of time that once the WAC obtained enough football playing full members that they would be 86’ed and be forced into Indy limbo.

Looks like a nice, regional tight FBS conference. Too bad logic and common sense in the NCAA will prevent this from ever happening.
