He served 8 1/2 years of an 11 year sentence. His early release was not unusual. Biden didn’t release him, the board of prisons or a judge did. It’s not as if Biden was there looking for terrorists who deserved early release. That would be Trump with the J6ers. lol

There are also reports 4 members of his family were killed last week in an air strike.
Sounds like you‘re getting your radical Islamic extremists mixed up. Obama admin let the Michigan terrorist attack Islamic extremist in and gave him citizenship. And 2 of those family members were allegedly members of Hezbollah.

DHS said Ghazali was born in Lebanon and entered the U.S. via Detroit on May 10, 2011. He entered on an IR1 immigrant visa as the spouse of a U.S. citizen after "alien relative and fiancé petitions filed in December 2009 were approved in April 2010," it said.

He applied for naturalization in October 2015 and was granted citizenship in February 2016, DHS said.

Ghazali was originally from Mashghara, a town in Lebanon’s Beqaa Valley. Israeli airstrikes on the town in the country’s south last week killed two of Ghazali’s adult brothers, as well as Ghazali’s niece and nephew, the Lebanese official told NBC News.

The two brothers were known to be members of Hezbollah, the Iranian-backed militant group, the official said. But it was unclear what role they played in the organization or whether they were the target of the strike.…

Well if we’re going to play that game, we struck first along with MI6, removing their democratically elected president Moussadegh over oil, in the 1950’s.

The Iranians have brazenly been gaming the west for 37 years and a spoiled evil child was enabled and pandered too and they were intent on eventually punishing the US in a big way….

Moussadegh wasn’t that popular with the Iranians which is why he fell at the hands of operation Ajax …. Fake protests in the streets of Iran …haha … like what we see today organized by the Chinese overlords of the no idea Dems

After we installed the Shah who was a brutal dictator.

And where are you getting that Moussadegh wasn’t that popular? (Link?). By all accounts I’ve read, he was wildly popular, winning democratic elections on the promise of further democratization and nationalization of oil. And this despite the Brits attempting to subvert the elections.

Not that his popularity matters. Western powers still removed him from power via coup (our own government admits thus now) and continued to claim Iranian oil for themselves rather than the rightful owners…the people of Iran.

But yeah…keep telling yourself this all began in 1979. :coffee:

Well, remember the Cold War was already underway and the fear of Russian influence in Iran was a big factor for operation Ajax. Western powers were not gonna let Russia get their hands on that Iranian oil now where they?

The Obama DOJ to their credit asked for a 20 year sentence. He was sentenced in 2017 (probably by a lib judge) to only 11 years. He was released by a lib judge in 2024. That sounds like more like between 7 less than 8 years.
https://www.wtvr.com/news/local-news/mo ... ch-13-2026
Regardless, Fed sentencing is serve 85% before eligible for parole.
https://legalknowledgebase.com/what-is- ... l-sentence
On an 11 year sentence That would be 9.35 years. Any way you cut it this guy was released early. If he hadn‘t been, he‘s still be behind bars. Blood is on this judges hands.
Oh and forgot about de naturalization
3 failures:
-Lib judge #1 didn’t give him a 20 year sentence.
-Lib judge #2 let him out early from 11 year sentence.
-Also he should have been facing de naturalization and deportation back to Sierra Leon after he served his sentence.

“I have to have security with me now because people have openly said they want to kill me too,” Shirley said. “It’s not fun. I don’t enjoy it. Like not being able to go out or feel like you can go out and do stuff is not the funnest thing in the world.”
