Can you just imagine a situation in which a Republican controlled State government asserts that the Fulton County election board is "struggling" so the State needs to take over and decide which votes are counted and which are not?
Please point me to the part in the bill that states that a "Republican controlled State government" can assert that any county is struggling and take over and decide which votes are counted?
Lemme help you out here....you can't.
What the law actually states is that the Georgia State Election Board...the
BIPARTISAN Georgia State Election Board can step in when a county fails its voters by allowing long lines, not fulfilling absentee ballot requests, not counting votes accurately, lose ballots, etc. The county can only be "taken over" after investigations have been conducted, and a hearing has been held. The county can even appeal the decision to superior court if it chooses (i.e. due process).
Do yourself a favor and just shut the fuck up. You have no clue what you're talking about.
