Dec 1, NY had 34,000 and Cali 19,000.
Not denying that. Cali is STILL 33rd in terms of deaths/million, while NY remains at/near the top. Cali would need to have almost 80,000 deaths to get near NY....
Sure, if you are comparing percentages.

How many more people is Biden going to kill?

I was mocking liberals for holding Trump responsible for every single COVID death in the US. A greater percentage of New Yorkers died compared to the rest of the US. Using liberal, blame it all on the executive logic, Cuomo killed a greater percentage of his population than Trump.

The reality is that lots of people made mistakes and contributed to the deaths. Blaming them all on one person is imbecilic.

Besides, the vaccines were developed under Trump and using JSO's logic of not giving a new administration credit for anything positive that started under the previous administration, Trump gets credit for all of the lives that the vaccines save. :kisswink:

Because Trump didn't actually administer the shots. He had to actually give them to get credit. Sheesh.

I still would like to punch Fauci. He's like our congress critters that never retire. He's 80 years old and still working in government. Time to retire.

I don’t know how this thought can even exist. :? To me he’s a charming little old man who’s dedicated his life to public service. But I guess he got the mask thing wrong at the initial onslaught of a disease never seen before in humans...or something. :ohno:

You have minimized it down to “he got the mask thing wrong in the beginning”. That is the grossest oversimplification of the steady stream of BS that’s come from him and his office that I’ve ever seen.

Then it should be super easy to produce something else. I’m sure he’s made other mistakes but the scorn for him is mostly political and/or a dislike of outcomes.

But like I said...go for it.

The problem with Fauci's "schools need more resources to reopen" stance is that there are already states that have reopened schools in some capacity. So he, and anyone thinking schools need more resources to reopen, are wrong.

It's really that simple.
