There were no court proceedings?
Hmmm...60 courts must have revised the facts and decided they were all a waste of court time.
Happens quite a bit.
There were no court proceedings?
Are you saying that when Rudy was in front of a Judge he wasn't in court?
Were they suppressed? Or was it because Trump's legal team couldn't provide enough proof? Why was what Trump and his sycophants said in the press so different from what they presented in court?
People are also going to remember a late spring, summer, fall of constant rioting, looting, etc in dozens of cities (ex Portland alone was 150+ straight nights). And people in many cities are going to be paying for it for years.

I hope when people are arrested for their part in those protest, that if they're guilty of vandalism/property destruction that there is a hefty fine or wage garnishment.
Some of the above was PA election law being changed not by amending the state constitution, not by the state legislature, but unilaterally by the donk Sec of State & election commision:Ibanez wrote: ↑Tue Jan 12, 2021 10:17 am
54 lawsuits
12 dropped
27 dismissed
6 have an ongoing appeal
3 have a trial ongoing (one of these is against Trump)
6 have been ruled on.
Some of the dismissed were because evidence was either lacking, irrelevant, or didn't exist. Several were dismissed for lack of standing or the relief requested (overturning the will of millions of voters) was impossible to grant. The Elite Strike Force never had a leg to stand on.

Over 600 arrest just in Minneapolis, 37 felonies. There are people in prison from the spring riots.Ibanez wrote: ↑Tue Jan 12, 2021 1:24 pmI hope when people are arrested for their part in those protest, that if they're guilty of vandalism/property destruction that there is a hefty fine or wage garnishment.
Wage garnishment would probably work best since they're young and probably don't have any savings.

I bet a lot of the curfew breakers in Minnesota were let go, but they did nab some felons.UNI88 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 12, 2021 3:36 pmMultnomah County DA declines to prosecute 70% of Portland protest cases
Read the article. How many nights of protests in Minnesota to get 600 arrest and 37 felonies? There were 150+ nights of violence in Portland and police brought just 974 cases to prosecutors who dropped 666 without filing charges. "Prosecutors have issued charges in 95 felony and 33 misdemeanor cases" and then prosecutors "subsequently decided to drop all charges in at least 22 of these cases, some that have included allegations of riot, burglary and unlawful use of a weapon."Gil Dobie wrote: ↑Tue Jan 12, 2021 3:39 pmI bet a lot of the curfew breakers in Minnesota were let go, but they did nab some felons.UNI88 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 12, 2021 3:36 pm

I don't think the felony charges were for breaking curfew and I don't think an alt-right riot would be treated with the same kid-gloves.Court records show at least 18 people have been arrested three or more times during demonstrations in Portland since May, most of them for crimes such as interfering with a police officer, riot and disorderly conduct. Nearly all charges against them have been dropped or remain under review, according to figures provided by the District Attorney’s Office.
I agree with you, just seams people are thinking the criminals during the BLM protest got a pass, and the capitol ones didn't.UNI88 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 12, 2021 4:21 pmRead the article. We have a problem with the extremes on both sides and only blaming one side is not the way to unity and prosperity.
