In his defense, the Senate doesn't have confirmation powers over a President, but they do over a nominated Budget director. Of course we'd like politicians to be rock solid consistent with what they say to the press and with what they do in their jobs, but these are politicians and it's rare to find any politician who meets that mold.
That isn't the point. The point is that they suddenly care what someone says in a tweet. Where the hell have they been the last 4 years? It's just politics at is worst. :twocents:
Nah, they have cared, just never about Trump's tweets.

Senators have a history of being prickly about someone attacking another Senator, especially one from their own party. It's a part of the august nature of the Senate.

https://www.the-sun.com/news/1912928/yo ... ed-videos/

eeflay, 30, appears to have pleased his YouTube fans by spending most of his time boozing with his girlfriend and pals on camera from his home near Moscow in Russia.

Videos seen by The Sun Online show his campaign of violence and abuse, with even his friends hitting her on camera.

Valentina's friends describe his streams as being "full of cruelty".

She appears to have often been at the centre of his abuse, with perhaps the most cruel video showing him repeatedly pepper spraying her as she laid on the sofa.

Valentina screams as Reeflay sits with two of his pals, only for him to then get up from his chair and spray her again as she gasps for her breath.

The young woman is left writhing on the floor crying and wailing in pain as Reeflay sits emotionless in front of the camera sipping his drink.
That is sickening. :ohno: :ohno: :ohno: Image

The best part was the uniform cop trying not to laugh his ass off as the detective had a hard time grasping that he was getting trolled.

Love Don Surber. Asks if we need an FBI. This article goes to what probably bothers me the most about our Government. They pick winners and losers and do not have to play by the rules.

Talk about broad brush painting...

Most of the FBI does outstanding work...it’s the FBI members that have reached the very top and entered the political world that do the stuff Surber is rightfully pissed about...

Same with the military...those few who get into the three and four star arena are politically hand-picked...maybe not by the civilian political appointees, but by other political three and four star selectees...

When they get to that level, its “protect the institution” rather than do what is right... :ohno: :ohno:

True.

A better way to say it would have been, "the face of the FBI". We hear very little of the good work.
