I doubt that i'll watch. I'm more interested in seeing the polling results after the fact. I already know Trump is going to lie a lot and act like a 10 year old. And I know Biden' is going to contradict the narrative that's been circulated by Russia and other Trump supporters by coming off as more "there" than Trump is.

One thing I'd do if I was Biden is take advantage of the edge Democrats have on health care issues by saying, "Look, this Supreme Court nomination he made means we are probably going to lose the Affordable Care Act. Somebody's going to have to do something to replace it. Who do you want doing that? Trump? The Republicans?"

It's unfortunate that talking about just HOW bad a job Trump has done in addressing the COVID-19 thing would require getting more into the weeds than people could follow. Because we are in a situation where Trump has truly completely bungled the ONE big crisis that confronted him.

BTW, there probably WOULD be fewer COVID-19 deaths if Hillary or Obama was President. Trump has done an absolutely horrible job. To repeat: He did this partial travel restriction thing that previous assessments said would have limited effect and THEN only if other things were done and acted like the problem was solved. Since then he's fostered an environment of mixed messages instead of just letting public health people handle the situation. Now he's brought in this nut job Atlas guy. It's pretty much a situation in which people who know what the hell they are doing have been pushed to the back while Trump has people chasing misinformation and conspiracy theories.

If either Obama or Hillary were President the situation would have been turned over to people who know what they are doing to handle. It would not have become a political circus. We would be way better off right now.

It's going to be tense.

So much interrupting one another and drawing closer and closer while a confused Chris Wallace looks at each of them back and forth.

They'll get almost face to face.

A palpable tension will cut the air at Case Western Reserve like a knife.

Trump will raise his hand slowly, gently, tugging the string at Biden's facemask and tucking it just behind his left ear.

Biden will whisper something - twitter ablaze at different speculations. What did he say?

Wallace will scoot back in his chair. Joe will playfully scratch the back of Donnie's mane.

"You're a fucking failure," he'll whisper.

Donald will shake his head and sluff it off.

And they'll draw in for a long, supple, wet kiss.

Already off the rails. Trump all over the place, as he's apt to be. It's like he's throwing out Tweets as part of his debate strategy. At some point he almost spent a whole minute arguing with the moderator. Joe's already gotten pissed and said he's the Democratic Party and he's asked how many of the 200k Covid deaths are survivors. Sweet Moses, what a disaster.

First debate I've watching in decades. This is hilarious.

They need to turn off Trump's microphone while Biden is talking.

Biden refuses to answer Wallace or Trump whether he will end the fillibuster or pack the SCOTUS.

No, because Biden will need to curl up and take a nap from talking for 90 minutes.

Btw, I've already turned this off, I just couldn't bear it anymore. We've never had two worse candidates for President than who we have now. Could've picked two people off the street at random and we'd likely be better off.

Biden said he will eliminate the Trump tax cuts, thereby raising taxes on the majority of taxpayers.
