Another BDK Loves Black Lives Matter Thread.
Guess we missed this one.
Missed because Black Lives Matter was present and no rioting or looting was taking place. The outside influences that cause the rioting and looting were not present, aka the far right white supremacist or the far left ANTIFA.

Black Live Matters protests have taken place in Harrisonburg, and many students have been active participants.

Re: Here We Go Again (Hairrisonburg VA)
There have been many peaceful BLM protest.
Worcester for example

The black-clad protesters began making their way to the police station around 3 p.m.
Sunday’s demonstration was part of a wave of protests that have erupted across the country in the wake of the death of George Floyd, a black man who was killed by a Minneapolis police officer on Monday.
Chants of “no justice, no peace” and “black lives matter” rang out in front of City Hall as passing motorists honked their car horns in support.
A small contingent of police watched from across Main Street as the crowd began to form around 2 p.m. The protest was peaceful.

I don't really understand your point Gil. We had peaceful protests around here too. Has anyone said there are NO peaceful protesters?

BDKKK and others like to post videos, tweets and news about all of the violence. Maybe GIL is just trying to emphasize that it isn't all violence.

But on CS in general and the Hey Seattle & Portland and Here We Go Again Minneapolis threads in particular, the focus is on the violent protests. What is wrong with shining a little light on the peaceful protests to show that there are positive things happening and not all African Americans are "inherently violent."
You've expressed concern about Gil, isn't it good that he's trying to show the positive?

But it would maybe have been genuine if these weren't from two months ago.

BLACK LIVES MATTER PEACEFUL PROTEST HELD IN EXETER TOWNSHIP
Link
Protesters gathered in Exeter Township Sunday afternoon to fight against discrimination, racism, homophobia and transphobia. The group began at the Senior High School, leading a march to the Police Station.
Co-organizer of the rally, Hope Davis, says she was inspired to produce the event after she found Exeter had a Black Lives Matter group on Facebook.

Re: Here We Go Again (Hairrisonburg VA)
This is one of the dumbest threads we've had on this site in awhile, and that's saying a lot. And for a thread that was apparently means to be a troll thread for BDK, the fact that he hasn't posted here makes this thread even more of a fail.

A white guy beat up an elderly man in a wheelchair at a nursing home in Seattle after the old guy told him to put on a mask. Broken jaw.

Would it be more acceptable to you oh might arbiter if Gil posted all of the positive protest stuff on the Minneapolis and Seattle & Portland threads to counter all of the alt-right chicken littles posting the negative riot stuff?
