I'll say again, there's been do defense or rebuttal of anything submitted. Just a constant reminder of Cohen's conviction.

I get he lied and what he says has to be investigated...but being a convict doesn't mean you lose your ability to ultimately step up and do the right thing. The Republicans yesterday did nothing to defend Trump (which to me was very telling). Is it because they couldn't or wouldn't.

I'm guess they won't. But yesterday was a day for them to publicly show Trump that they'll spend 7 hours stating the obvious instead of asking a serious question or two.


I wasn't seeing a lot of compassion and forgiveness from all those Christians yesterday.

They aren't all getting angry like Meadows, Comer or Jordan and trying to defend the President. They (Republicans) are acting like the Democrats did during Brett Brewkowski Kavanaghs hearings.

You're right. I have zero basis for this opinion but I suspect, behind closed doors it's a different story. The Ds and Rs are pandering to their base in this open hearings.
