The MEAC gets a fun distinction because they have more FBS OOC wins than FCS OOC wins.

Considering the disparity in FCS talent from conference to conference that's about as valuable as ...dare I say...tits on a boar?

Not really. The top 4 conferences are certainly the Top 4- you could quibble over order. The bottom 3 are certainly the bottom 3- you'd have to put the non scholly Pioneer at the bottom.

Throw out the Southland because of only 4 games & I'd say the middle 5 (Big South through NEC) look about right..

Massey has it almost the same. Their top 5 are the same except MVFC at top, middle 5 the same (sleightly diff order) and bottom 3 are the same..
1. MVFC
2. So-Con
3. CAA
4. Big Sky
5. Big South

8. Southland
9. Patriot
10. NEC
11. MEAC
12. SWAC
13. Pioneer

Sagarin has it very similar:
1. MVFC
2. So-Con
3. CAA
4. Big Sky
5. OVC
6. IVY
7. Big South
8. Patriot
9. Southland
10. NEC

12. MEAC
13. Pioneer
14. SWAC East

Yes really.

Computers, especially right now...yawn.

The CAA at least has 4 nice wins, UVA, UND, Buff, and Colgate. The rest are the likes of Hampton, DSU, etc.

And other than UCA, what are the SoCon's quality wins?

I'm not saying that UTC, Cit, JMU, and Rich aren't really good teams but the conference OOC records are rather skewed.
