I thought it was Mt. Union versus Wisconsin-Whitewater. They're starting to include their annual meeting in the Stagg Bowl on their regular schedules.

I know I'm late to this discussion but...
I played in the MIAC. As much as my school and St. John's hate each other, St. Thomas hates them more. The "Holy War" is quite the game every year. Hell they've set the D3 attendance record a few times now. They draw more than a lot of D1 schools.
