If Trump gets the nod, he will lose all 50 states, even Utah. Walter Mondale's '84 debacle will become a historical footnote.

But I'm not yet ready to send a wad of unmarked bills to Chizzy, because I'm an optimist!

It is amazing, the guy is on TV all the time it seems. Rarely do you turn on the news and not only see him, but like you say, he's talking as well in interview after interview. I would get ready to pay Chizzy, it's harder and harder seeing Trump not winning the nomination. However, there's no way that he's a Mondale - Trump is far savvier than Mondale ever was in terms of campaigning. Trump will win a ton of Republican states (those states aren't all of a sudden going to go for Hillary) and if he keeps toying with the media like he has, Hillary might even have a tough time with him. Hillary's lost a campaign before to a more media-savvy competitor, she could still do it again.
