As I was on the way to VA Loma Linda for a knee brace appointment, I heard a pair of young talking heads with differing views on this. One thought it was nothing more than a massive PR stunt designed to rehabilitate Belicheat's reputation, thereby removing him from the most hated man in NFL history to the most loved. We see such all the time in the world of WWE (though he didn't mention that). His partner, though, disagreed with that, making it sound like something that "just happened." The supposition is that now "everybody" loves Belicheat.

That's not true, though. I want nothing to do with Belicheat in the HoF. He did worse than the wrongly vilified Pete Rose. Let Belicheat in today, and I better hear about Pete in the MLB HoF tomorrow.

I saw a story on YouTube about BELICHEAT from ex Patriots QB coach Bill O'Brien he was a guest of Julian Edelman on his podcast and he talked about how Belichick never wore socks and he was in the QB room and his feet were smelling like something that died and ex Patriots QB Matt Cassell called him out about his lack of hygiene.GannonFan wrote: ↑Mon Feb 02, 2026 10:12 am I didn't have any issue with Belichick not getting in on the first ballot.
