Who ya go? Chiefs or Bucs?

Does Mahomes get his 2nd straight, or does Brady add another ring to already crowded fingers?

I'll take the Chiefs. Once you get past the QB debate, the rest of the team in the favor of the Chiefs.

About the only thing I'm hoping for from the Bucs is that they'll wear the throwback puke-orange uniforms with that swashbuckler on the helmet. I highly doubt that they'll do so, however.

That said, while I'm normally for the old guy, there's something about the arrogance of Tom Brady that I just can't stand. Mahomes all the way in this one....

Same here on the snaps. I picked Bucs because I've rooted against Brady so many times only to come up on the losing end. Figured I'd just pick him this time.

I think I heard the Chiefs are wearing Red, so no Orange if that's the case.

2 Red State teams. I’ll be pulling for the one with 3 JMU players:
-#64 Aaron Stinnie. Will be making his 3rd straight start at RG. Believe the regular starter is hurt. Was a starter on JMUs 2016 & 2017 Frisco teams, 2017 AA.
-#72 Josh Wells, backup OL, is on FG team. (7th yr). Was a 6‘5“/225 lb walkon at JMU. Moved to TE, then DT, then OT, and now 6’6“/310, made it in the NFL as a UDFA (2014-2018 was witj Jacksonville)
-#70 Earl Watford, 2013 4th Rd Cardinals, practice squad OL. Patriots signed Watford out of retirement for the playoffs, then the Bucs did.

Last time JMU had a player starting in the Super Bowl was Charles Haley in 1995..

Refs in the tank for TB. Commercials seem especially weak. Suck half time show planned. No need to watch any more.

The Bucs entire defense is the MVP of this game so far.

See. Never bet against Brady. I only used to root against him because I hated the Patriots owner's deceased wife. Was working at the Arizona Biltmore when the NFL would have their yearly conference. Biggest bitch under the sun.

KC missing both starting tackles had a lot to do with TB being able to get pressure sending just 4, allowing them to keep two safeties over the top and shut down Hill, Kellie, Hardeman, Watkins, etc.

I admit to not watching the game, but thought the Chiefs would win. Glad to see defense was a factor though.

Green Bay was without all pro David Bakhtiari, and 2 other o-line players, for the NFC championship game. Its part of the game. Tampa had a good defense.

Yes, agreed. But being able to get consistent pressure sending just four guys (because of the inexperienced tackles) let TB keep 2-deep safeties the entire game, essentially eliminating Hill & Hardman and Watkins from the game....being able to drop 7 really helped them...I think the game turns out differently if KC was at full strength, and if the refs hadn’t fucked up a couple ridiculous PI calls, which continued drives after KC had them stopped.

Commercials all sucked. Only one to register a chuckle from me was the Tide commercial with George Castanza. The legless swimmer commercials gets "tear jerker of the year" award.
