Becky Hammon was just named Assistant Head Coach of the San Antonio Spurs, making her the first woman AHC in any of the top four men's professional sports. And that may not be the end yet, as rumors are swirling that the Milwaukee Bucks plan to interview Hammon for their vacant head coaching position this summer.
Not bad for a deserving woman who decided to stick around the NBA for awhile after turning down a gig coaching the men's team at her alma mater, Colorado State.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
