Does He really influence sports through athletes who believe in Him and the games they play in? Or are the outcomes only coincidences?

The athletes play according to their beliefs. If none believed in God, the actions of the players would differ as their beliefs in certain situations would differ, therefore changing the outcome of the game.

Also, really who gives a fuck outside of the "GOD DOESN'T BELONG ANY-FUCKING-WHERE!" crowd.

I couldn't give two fucks less if a player thanked any ancient Greek or Norse gods, God (or any version there of be it allah, yaweh, etc...), Buddah, Ghandi, the damn Flying Spaghetti Monster, etc...

Whatever they feel gives them the strength to compete and do what they do, great for fucking them.

It's never been a big deal to anyone other than fucks like D1B and will never be a big deal to anyone other than fucks like D1B......(let it also be known I very much like D1B the person, I'm referring to his online persona.)

No, he doesn't. If he did, Tebow would be playing in the Super Bowl instead of hoping for any NFL team to give him a shot--despite what SH says.

Considering everything going on in the world, I think there are much more important things on God's table than a football game.

Sometimes God's answer is NO.

What about players that hail Satan? I'd think that would give an even better edge in the more violent sports

Their beliefs reflect their game time decision also. :coffee:

I just usually reserve the use of God for damning reasons when things don't work out well for my Packers.

Carbo-loading would be a rather beneficial tactic.

What about Mormonism? They'd have access to Joseph Smith's ice breath attack

I'll use your example of having an edge in more violent sports, not sure that I relate more violent to Satan worshipers. If a person believes in being more violent it does affect the outcome of the game at some point versus being less violent. If they are more violent the game is different than if those same people were less voilent.

Quit fooling around with your blasphemy and disrespect. FSM has bigger things to worry about than sporting events. Like whether or not a person with a gluten intolerance can be accepted. :?

Or punishing EC(b)

Many years ago when the Montana State Class A basketball championship was to be decided by the only two Catholic schools at that level, Butte Central and Billings Central, the question was asked who God would pull for in the game. The opinion of most was that, in that case, God would sit back and watch a helluva game.

The game was decided in overtime so I would say He did see a helluva game. :thumb:

You're also at a disadvantage on account of only having one meatball. :|
