No, urine is more associated with the Rockies. I believe they make Coors there, right?
Sounds like a man's beer.

It's used at banquets.

Somewhere.

At least they are high enough up the drainage system, so they don't have to use the water I flush into the Mississippi, that AB uses. :)

Yup, and JSO gets to drink the downhill water also.

After today's news, I'm sticking with 0, Zero, Nadda. Trout signs extension for $430 Million over 12 years.

There goes 93's prediction.

Yep that sucks. I guess Trout is more concerned with dollars than wins. That's his choice. I figured he'd want to bring a championship to his home team.

Hopefully he gets a solid earful if he shows his face again at the Linc. You flip Philly the bird, you can GFY.

Yep. Kind of like yours with Harper.

At least the Phils still have a whopper TV deal and a ton of room under the luxury cap to improve the team.

Only a Philly fan would think he somehow dissed Philly by staying with the team he's already on.

People are free to express themselves and I hope they do. He's certainly not a Philly boy anymore. Now he's an LA guy.

How many people ever get a chance to earn $430 million over a 12 year stint? It would be funny to see a Trout for Harper trade in 8 years.

He could have gotten more in Philly or the Bronx.

But he's an LA guy now. That's his choice. It's a free country. The Rams could use more fans anyway. They have a hard time getting a sellout. Now there's one right across town. :D

Damn right. Hate to see another New Jerseyan fly the coop. They need to contain their spillage.

I get why Trout stayed but he needs to fire his agent & the players union can't be happy either. You'd have thought the opener from Trout's side would've been $40M a year. Not good news for the next half dozen years worth of free agents, teams will just say, Trout makes $36M per, who are you kidding, you're not better than him....

Good point, Trout just put a cap on the ceiling for free agents for the next half a decade.

As for baseball, you have to really hope that the Angels are able to be competitive sometime during that 12 year contract, or Trout will be the quietest, most unseen best player in baseball perhaps in baseball history. 8 years as a pro so far and just a quick 3-0 rout in the first round of the playoffs to show for it. Imagine going 20 years and having that be it for him. But he'll always have Disneyland.

You really hate all things Philly, now, don’t you? Nice to throw shade from the Beltway cheap seats.

Still a Flyers fan? I thought you were all in with the Craps, especially now that they have a Cup.

He could be another Ken Griffey Jr. or Rod Carew: Great player who never made it to the WS.
