This probably isn't the first, and I'm sure it won't be the last, but this was announced today:
UOP has hired Texas Tech assistant Dave Smart as Head Coach. He has previous HC experience in Canada with an incredible string of wins against US teams, including against Alabama. Oddly enough, the only US team to beat his in that time was James Madison (from a Cole Amundson tweet posted to the UOP board)....
