NAU will get the WNIT auto if they don't win the tournament (MSU will get it otherwise). Sac looks to be in good shape for a WNIT at-large, while MSU's resume is more borderline if they don't get the auto. Eastern has an outside shot.

The WBI still exists, but it's basically a Thanksgiving-type tournament now: 8 teams, guaranteed 3 games, all in one location.

Thank you, Venus. I'm being myopic (for Sac), of course, but I do think that the upper echelons of the conference are better than outsiders think they are....

Hornets have the pieces to win it all in Boise. The women's side of the tournament should be a fun one to watch.

PSU beats Idaho State by 15 after leading by ≈20 for the entire second half. Bengal senior Callie Bourne—who had carried the team for much of the season—apparently blew out her knee in practice on Wednesday, so that explains why this game went the way it did.

NAU leads NoCo by 8 at the half. The 'Jacks raced out to a 10-0 lead right away, then both teams spent the rest of the half missing shots. :?

NAU wins by 16. The Lumberjacks didn't play well offensively, but NoCo didn't have the firepower to pull any serious comeback.
