There are supposed to be five first round games named in honor of five HBCU legends, but the SID in charge of the website neglected to identify the "Cleo Hill" Game. There are way too many teams with losing records in this tournament. With all these teams with losing records, how in the heck did they not get Sac State and UOP?!?

They don't specifically state it, but since a bracket isn't specified, I presume that they'll re-group after each round.
