Eh, Idaho State's a vastly superior team than Eastern Washington.JALMOND wrote: ↑Tue Mar 09, 2021 3:47 pmWell, after the EWU game, I thought we had a decent chance to pull the upset. Well, being the first ever team to lose to the lowest seed in the BSCT (men or women) is no laughing matter...ok, yes it is.AZGrizFan wrote: ↑Tue Mar 09, 2021 9:55 amMy only comforting thought is that Griz would have gotten rolled....AGAIN....by the ‘scats anyways, so what difference does it make, other than leaving huge question marks about the “interim” coach....Mvemjsunpx wrote: ↑Mon Mar 08, 2021 10:17 pm
Well, Sac could win the whole thing if everyone else gets COVID-ed. I mean, that's about their only shot, but still…

Re: Big Sky Tournament Thread (2021) - Women
Scrappy first half by the Hornets, then they came back down to earth for the 2nd and got rolled. Piss poor ball control and didn;t make aggressive drives to the hoop like they did last night. Oh well, a win exceeded all expectations and it was nice to see the Bunky era close out on a bit of a high note.
That said, bye bye Bunky.

MSU apparently decided to get drunk at halftime because they're now down 10 less than 6 minutes into the second half.

Idaho dominates the second half to win by 16, so it'll be Moscow vs. Pocatello in Boise.

Idaho State leads Idaho by 19 at the half. The Vandals dominated the second half in their last meeting in Moscow, but they weren't behind by this much.

Avert your eyes children! I believe what's happening to the Vandals today would qualify as a war crime.

The confetti went off 6 seconds early, but the margin was too big for that to jinx Idaho State. The Bengals win by 35 and will head to the NCAA Tournament for the 4th. time.
