The end? Portland State just wants to start but Oregon's governor won't let them. We will know this morning if we are good to go or not.Mvemjsunpx wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 7:10 pm The college basketball "season" starts tomorrow. Which Big Sky teams will live to see the end of it?

Griz go down 32-8, then outscore USC 54-44 the final 30 minutes.Mvemjsunpx wrote: ↑Sat Nov 28, 2020 11:25 pm
- Men
EWU 68-71 WSU; The Eagles led for more than 80% of this game despite only being able to play 6 players
ISU 61-70 UCD*; Idaho State committed 20+ turnovers in all 3 games of this tournament
stkath 47-95 SUU; St. Katherine's starters only scored 16 points
UMT 62-76 USC; The Griz lost first-half shooting 71%-33%
* - Bronco Invitational (in Santa Clara, CA)
Women
USU 61-85 ISU; Dora Goles shoots 71% and scores 24
SUU 47-58 UVU; These two teams combined to go 4/28 from the field in the second quarter
Is it COVID? Or is it that the Griz have a scalp reputation? Perhaps a bit of both?
Well, they did pick up a game at UDUb. They actually have a decent non-conference schedule (better than PSU's so far).SuperHornet wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 9:35 amIs it COVID? Or is it that the Griz have a scalp reputation? Perhaps a bit of both?
NAU's women lost to Arizona today, 76-63Mvemjsunpx wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 9:30 pm
- Women
tamiu 60-46 WEB; Weber falls to 10-53 under Velaida Harris
OMAHA 66-64 UNC; NoCo star Alisha Davis fouls out after playing only 17 minutes
I just added it. I saw that score yesterday, but ESPN's wonkily updating scoreboard told me it hadn't started yet or something when I made that post.JALMOND wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 11:41 pm NAU's women lost to Arizona today, 76-63

In the sports world of COVID, games are getting scheduled, rescheduled, and cancelled so fast it is hard to keep up.Mvemjsunpx wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 6:51 pmI just added it. True, but ESPN's had this problem (where the auto-update goes back to an earlier point in the game/day) longer than the pandemic. It only seems to happen with WBB games, though, not men's.JALMOND wrote: ↑Tue Dec 01, 2020 8:02 amIn the sports world of COVID, games are getting scheduled, rescheduled, and cancelled so fast it is hard to keep up.Mvemjsunpx wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 6:51 pm

As long as we keep treating every case like a death sentence, this is our new normal.Mvemjsunpx wrote: ↑Tue Dec 01, 2020 8:05 amTrue, but ESPN's had this problem (where the auto-update goes back to an earlier point in the game/day) longer than the pandemic. I'm liking the athleticism on the Hornets roster...but it was Idalol so maybe it looked better than it actually is.Mvemjsunpx wrote: ↑Thu Dec 03, 2020 10:27 pm
- Men
IDA 55-77 SAC; Sac outscored Idalol 31-10 over the last 15 minutes
UMT 63-64 SUU; The Griz made 8 more field goals than Suutah, but 17 fewer free throws
Yeah, it could be that this is just "Idaho without Trevon Allen."SDHornet wrote: ↑Fri Dec 04, 2020 12:23 pmI'm liking the athleticism on the Hornets roster...but it was Idalol so maybe it looked better than it actually is.Mvemjsunpx wrote: ↑Thu Dec 03, 2020 10:27 pm
