Fine's Wife to Sue ESPN...

...for malicious reporting in the Syracuse alleged molestation episode. She claims that the charges against her husband are false and that the way they portrayed her "trampled her reputation" as well.

ESPN denies the allegations and is standing behind their reporting. (Of COURSE they are.) Mrs. Fine's attorney is withholding comment other than saying that he is discussion the suit with ESPN because he hasn't filed it yet.

ESPN sucks....

She should also sue the person who made the false allegations as well.

If you read ESPN's hidelines, it looks like they have permanent spaces for "scandal". They just drop things in like it was bacon for breakfast. It's like "F*** the sourcing, put it on the site! We'll deal with the consequences later. That's why we hired all those lawyers, remember?"
