As last week, 15-25 starts to get a little crowded because you get so much overlap. When does a 2 loss team from a traditionally strong conference get placed above a one loss from a weaker conference?

Too bad UC Davis has three losses, they have played much tougher than their ranking. They are almost the Wests version JMU.

24: Liberty Flames
25: Albany Great Danes

Spot 25 came down to 5 teams:
Albany
Colgate
Lafayette
FAMU
Central Conn.

I've seen 4 out of the 5 play (all but Lafayette) and I'd take Albany to would win head-to-head against any of the other 4. That's what I voted Albany at 25. However, I could easily see any of the others in there as well.

Well, I, too, like to stick up for my Big Sky brethren, but Montana State? I don't see it. Their FBS loss was to Michigan State, a team that is just getting smoked in the Big 10. Yeah, so their other loss is to Northern Arizona (at home, mind you), but they've got some shaky wins against DII Dixie State (who is not lighting the DII football world on fire) and South Dakota (who earlier got blown out by Northern Iowa, 66-7). Maybe carrying a lot of clout with that road win against Weber State? How far will that take them?

If you wanted to include a fourth Big Sky team, I'd go with Eastern Washington. I'd take a close loss at Montana over a close win at home to South Dakota any day.

I got them at #10 because of the fact they should have won at Florida State. Not many teams, FCS or FBS, can get a win over Bobby Bowden in Tallahassee. That and the fact that, since they've moved back to playing FCS, no one seems to be able to stop them. This week against Eastern Illinois should be a good test, but up until now I'm giving them a lotta luv.

I went back and forth on the last few spots. My final thought was that MSU has one quality win. EWU has none. Fortunately, this will be settled by Saturday night

True, but I still don't think there are more than 20 teams in the FCS that would hang with FSU at home.

They aren't that tough at home anymore regardless of who they play. They have lost to their last 5 FBS opponents at home...

Plus, they are currently rated as the 7th strongest team in FCS by Sagarin.

Richmond - 53
Montana - 57
Villanova - 58
William and Mary - 60
N Iowa - 73
S Illinois - 71
Jacksonville State - 75

That is where they are getting the love from me. While not perfect, Sagarin has been around a long time.
