This has probably been mentioned before, but I have always been curious how some teams recruit such talent to their teams.

Montana can do this easily (I believe) because it's the top program in the state (for Montana kids to consider), and also the kids from Cali are recruited and fall in love after one weekend. And of course the reputation.

Now consider UNI. How does a team that competes with two FBS schools recruit such talent to its team year in and year out?

Same to every other school. What is the draw to your school?

Great. ANOTHER excuse as to why the rest of FCS struggles to do what the Griz have done.

I believe that they get their recruites drunk....take unflattering pictures of them....and threaten their vitals.....
Either that or they schedule an UNO tournament, and people sign up because they think they are going to play cards for four years at UNI.
