Hokies Want To Play UMass??

Well, the AD isn't calling Amherst...but in a recent poll, UMass received at least one vote from Hokies "fans" when asked who they want to see Virginia Tech play...
UMass? Not sure how they snuck in there, but that isn't really keeping with the spirit of the poll. The idea is to pick a top tier opponent that will help promote the Virginia Tech football program.

Since UMass is in the CAA, it is a step for an ACC school who wishes to play them.

Thanks for the geography lesson chief. Distances are all relative to me in the NE. Amherst, boston, close enough for me.

Then he's correct...while I love Boston, I'd live in Amherst any day....I'd think twice about living in or near Boston...
