Word is that Willy Korn is transferring to ASU in January.

If this is the case I think it is a mistake for him to go to ASU. I think he should have gone to Wofford or Furman because Cadet is better at running the spread. Korn likely will be sitting the bench at ASu just like he did at klempson.

He could come to TXST, we run the spread. (I think )

I haven't heard this from any App State people.

Could turn out to be like the Justin Feagin rumors over the Summer. He may want to come to App... but, who knows if we want him.

The word is coming from a clempson trainer and a couple other sources.

I'm not sure if he would fit into ASU's system, which is why I think he would be making a mistake coming to ASu instead of Wofford or Furman. That is, if he is transferring at all.

Yeah, and that's how the Feagin to App rumors started... and they were reported as fact by ESPN.

It could be true... but, I'd wait to hear something coming from App about it happening.

I don't know much about this guy, can he play a position other than QB? We like "athletes."

He is a traditional drop-back passer. They had high hopes for him coming out of Byrnes, but I think he has become sort of a Todd Ellis for the Tigers. Lots of hype but not much substance.

Interesting if it happens. Isn't Byrnes a pass happy high school offense. I am not sure Wofford would fit. Furman more so than in the past. Would be interesting to see if FU would take him with 4 underclass qbs, Forcier from UCLA, Worley who will be a senior next year, Derrick from the lower part of the state and Hollingsworth who I think had committed to Miss St before changing to FU.

I really didn't know that much about him until I started hearing these rumors. But, he was rated the #5 dual threat QB coming out of high school. Seems like he would have some running ability... but, I dunno.

Well if Bentley was still at PC

I am sure the PC folks wouldn't consider it worth it

He might want to come to App and being young and such, might start bragging about going there, thinking he could come in and take over like alot of FBS transfers, but I doubt he comes to App.

If he's got any checkers in his past, Jerry won't take him.
