The Dukies aren't great - but they aren't the patsy they used to be either... I don't see this one happening...

They have some talent, but they are severely fragmented, don't want to be there, and don't want to play. They are as ripe for the pickings as anybody can be right now.

Not sure if NCCU is good enough. Would like to see it though

Oh I'm not either. In fact, I don't think they are, but Duke is in such bad shape, and the game is in Durham. Duke may have more student support (just because more Dukies will go to the game- Central has more students than Duke), but if the Eagle alums show up in the numbers they have in Durham and the surrounding areas (most Central alums live within a two hour drive of Durham), the crowd advantage will definitely be on Central's side.
